I've been doing some searching and found nothing about this problem. Over the last couple of weeks after letting my 06 GT sit for a couple weeks it started making a strange sound on cold starts. When I crank the engine it would make almost a grinding sound in the dash between the steering wheel and door. Then starting today it will make the sound and then it takes about 3-4 seconds for the gauges to come one. I was hoping for a starting point to start diagnosing this problem.
