Default Stupid Question

Just wanted to quickly ask if the 12V connection at the top of the center stack is the only 12V connection in the car. Asking because I hate the way it looks with the GPS charger plugged in. Fugly. lol

Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

And my apologies for the stupid question lol.

I plug my GPS into the center console but then you got wires hanging all over. It's a no win situation

Ford design fail.

My friend has my radar detector spliced in somewhere under the drivers dash and it turns off and on with the car and you can't see wires being off to the side next to the a pillar.

It certainly seems that way

On top of it all, the GPS unit I have as an FM traffic receiver build into the plug, so I'm not sure it's going to fit in the center console. If I have to plug it into the top of the stack it's going to look like my car has a giant ***** built in

Check the glove box for the owners manual.
Read it before posting 'stupid questions'...
You deserve a big ol ***** hanging out of you.
JK
You just have too many accessories.
You backed yourself into this corner all by yourself???
Get rid of the FM traffic receiver (what ever that is)
and throw the GPS out and buy a paper map.
It does not require 12V for it to function properly.
Your eyes and ears can work as a traffic monitor.
Problem solved...

Or buy a tap-a-fuse and tap a fuse in the SJB
and grap a ground there under a trim screw.
Problem solved.

Or better yet get rid of your car and walk uphill both ways in the snow barefoot to wherever you're going. Then 157dB will have some company.

Much appreciated advice lol. I'll make sure to get right on using tons of maps because that seems so much more convenient....

I probably will see if I can use the regular power source from the other GPS unit in the family. That will at least make things somewhat better. Also I would've used my owners manual but the car is far and the keyboard is close
