There is a TSB on front end clunk, you have front end clunk. You have more evidence that it is a factory problem then they do to say its your afteramarket stuff causing it. Especialy as the stuff you have is a very respectable name brand.

Just tell them straight up that you do not expect to be charged for any service and that if they come to a point where they feel it is your items and going out of warranty, to call you to come pick it up.

the guy was super cool, and said that since there is a TSB (he found it online) he said they would fix it.

The TSB is about the upper strut mount...
I think the solution was to use the GT500 ones.
