Am buying a Saleen blower, but it's for a 05/06 Stang. I need the coolant crossover to use on my 2009.

Anybody know where I can get one cheap? Found a few, but at $200 a pop.

They changed the coolant crossover? My 2006 has one from the factory.

Yes, in 2007 the crossover changed to a different style.

Most blowers require use of the 05/06 style crossover.

thx, but already tried Saleen.

they sell replacements for the parts of their blower kits...but not the crossover as far as I can tell.

still in search. if anybody gets a lead on one please let me know

Check this out. It says 2005 to 2008 but I think it's actually for 05/06 only. It doesn't have the thermostat housing in the crossover.

thanks for that. I'll dig through eBay some more. Didn't see it before. Is that the only difference between the 05/06 and the 07+? Never seen a 05/06 motor

now I'm getting confused. Boozshey said it isn't the crossover I need. Said it's the Thermostat housing and some hoses for a 05/06 instead.

a picture would be great. For the life of me I can't understand why a housing and hoses are $200. plated in gold?

I assumed that's the difference because it doesn't look like mine.

EDIT: Just found out the difference...
"There is a minor difference between the 05-06 and the 07 4.6 in terms of cooling. 05-06 had dual upper hoses off the coolant crossover pipe. 07 reverted to a single hence the differences in supercharger kits for 07+ years."
