Default Any ideas on new performance upgrades for a 05 gt?

I have a 2005 gt, and im looking to do a little more to the engine. I have right now shorty headers, cold air intake, throttle body, pulley, and a tune... I think i am ready to do some more serious upgrades what would be the next step for me?

4.10 Gears
Make sure to get the Ford Racing ones and not the Motive gears.
Ford gears end with an A while the Motives end with an M on the part number.

Just get a blower if you have the money. Biggest bang for the buck. If you don't have the money, like me, get 4.10 gears. 2nd biggest bang for the buck.

Cams should be done after gears.
It is recommended with cams to get a more aggressive gear.

Cams and dump the shorties for LT's. LT's and cams are a great combo. Shorties are very limiting with regards to allowing those cams to flow. But as stated above, FI if you afford it.

Whose tunes do you have? Canned or custom? If they're the canned Diablo or SCT tunes or the sucky FRPP, then a good custom tune will gain you 5-10 RWHP right off the bat.

If you can afford a blower I would say get one without hesitation. The problem that many face with these cars is not having a plan from the start. The mod bug hits and you spend money on things that net you very small numbers hp wise. There is no better dollar per hp mod you can do right now than a blower. Id say if you are pinching pennies, at the LEAST get a good custom tune to make the best use of those mods that you have currently.

LISTEN PEOPLE!

I cannot stress the importance of this.
IF YOU GET CAMS GET GEARS FIRST OR GET THEM WITH THEM!

If you don't you are going to be UNHAPPY and have a frown on your face!

A supercharger is the best thing to get for those can CAN afford them.
However not only do you need to be able to afford the supercharger AND install,
you need to be able to afford to replace the engine IF something happens to it.

It is flat out unsmart to buy a supercharger if you cannot afford the cost
of what may happen if a disaster occurs.
