Did they mean they only had to replace 10 master brake cylinders US wide? If so, go back and make them replace yours too, so they can say they now have replaced 11.

And if they say "ONLY" 10 bad master cylinders, rebut them and say "Then you admit some are going bad. Well, min is just like those other ten, now fix it!"

I don't get what the problem is here, well beyond the obvious brake problem lol. Are they refusing your car service or just saying that it's not a common issue but they'll take care of it? Obviously you're well within warranty so I don't know how they could get away saying that it's not covered.

I think the OP is saying that the dealer is going to fix it, but the parts are rare and hard to find. So now he's waiting for them to get the master brake cylinder.

Kind of confusing the way he put it lol but it seems that they are saying its not the master cylinder, as they have only replaced 10 nationwide, so they are looking elsewhere for the problem

Actually I think OP is trying to say that there are only 10 spare MCs in the country in the parts system, and it will take a while to get one of those spare MCs to his location, thus the waiting game.

Either way, OP fails at English.

Hello DESERTEAGLE50,

My name is Deysha from Ford Customer Service. I would like to see how I can help you. Could you PM me your dealer, contact info, VIN, and mileage so that I can research this further?

Deysha is more like the guardian angel of Mustang owners on this and a few other forums. It's a pretty nifty concept, and i don't know whether this person is doing it of their own accord or not but either way it's a fantastic idea, and one that needs to be expanded!
