I have this in my mustang. It's pretty great. It adjusts colors every few seconds, but it does everything you want and even has navigation. I paid $350 for thus from best buy... Best 350 bucks I've spent. The Bluetooth combined with the iPhone 4 is a very Comparable feature to ford sync.

Black, I got the PI 3200BT and it does everything your asking for. I am very happy with how my system turned out. I only changed the head unit and four speakers and it's amazing. No extra amp needed IMO. The HU has many bass expansion abilities so you can really adjust the sound.

The Bluetooth works great. Automatically hooks up to my cell when you start the car, mutes the music when someone calls. Displays all my iPod info on the screen, plays CDs, DVDs, and a SD card slot on the front.

With crutch fields install packet it installed very easy. I even wired up a bypass switch so it plays videos and have total screen access at all times. Also easy to do.

808, are you using the adapter so you can control the unit with your steering wheel controls?

Yeah, you realy can't go wrong with any Pioneer headunit. They're top tier when it comes to great reliability+easy to use.

You should look for new units on ebay or something...they usually go for cheaper there than they do in stores.

I just put a JVC-KW-AVX830 in my Mustang last week. I got it over the Pioneer b/c it came with bluetooth and had a removable faceplate. The faceplate was really important since I have a convertible and sometime leave the top down. It costs $385 with free shipping but I found a coupon code on google and saved like $40. Check out the link below, that's where I bought it.

I think I'm gonna go with the Pioneer 3200BT
I went to a store that had them and I am very impressed.

I am waiting until after Christmas though.
I have to have my tune adjusted and want to do it after that
so that I have my just in case cash for the trip to the tuner.
It is quite a drive (300mi away).
