Default I NEED HELP !!

Hey guys,
I have a 2005 whipple'd mustang gt , last week the car was in " fail safe engine mode " and it was Horrible . I cleaned the air intake and the throttle body and flashed the car , after doing that the car was perfect and running good ! Until a few days ago ! I started the car , drove it for 2 or 3 miles , then it suddenly stopped and showed these codes " fuel level low , check charging system , dte odo data err " and it wouldn't start again !
Any idea ??

if reflashing the tune doesn't help again, i might suspect a throttle body or throttle
position sensor problem. good luck i hope you can get it sorted out.

I reflashed the tune again and didn't work , and I've experienced many problems with my BBK 62mm throttle body ! So I think I'm gonna change it .
What do u suggest me to replace it with ?

I use a GT-500 TB with spacer plate. They come with electronics already connected and calibrated.

Won't fit with a Whipple.

OP, when was the last time you changed your plugs?

The plugs r new ! Just changed them
When I flashed the tune the first time , I took the car to the dyno and everything was perfect ! I don't think it's from the tune !
