Roush - Go with with Roush suspension... stiffer, handles better, lower. I had a 07 Roush before i upgraded to a 5.0..

 

How did the Roush handle and perform compared to your 5.0?

 

With 55K on my 06GT the stock suspension was starting to go out, so I just upgraded mine last month and it was worth it.

Tokico Dspec adjustable shocks and struts
H&R OE springs (lowers the car .75 in all around, perfect for me)
J&M adjustable panhard bar
J&M lower control arms

I have the dspec's adjusted halfway, the first week or so it seemed like a stiff ride but I got used to it, the roads are so bad here in SoCal and it is my daily driver.

The car is just so more fun to drive now...
