OP: I'm thinking about getting these same tail lights but have a couple ?'s. First, do both reverse lights light up or just one of them?

Second, Are the clear reverse lights indented or is it all one flat surface? Some of the pics on Am look like they indent.

By the way this is my second set. The first set the lenses started bulging from the heat of the bulbs. Had them replaced under warranty through AM, and a month later they are back bulging again....

I just got those taillight's, They look good. I really hope they don't start bulging on me. The one thing I dont like about them is that one of the reverse taillights is a dummy, I really wish both lit up. Other than that I love them.

+1, it may only be an issue with the tinted version of them as it does not dissipate the heat that comes from the bulbs. If its just the regular red tail light it should be fine!

hmm. I wish they were one flat surface instead of having the clear reverse lights indented into the plastic cover. I was gonna get the smoked ones, but if the stock bulbs make them bulge I may just skip this mod and tint mine. They do look cool though. Also wish both reverse lights lit up like the 2010+ Mustangs.

I didn't think the reverse light was a big deal mainly because you are only in reverse like %3 of the time lol.

I wish there was another alternative to get them to work without bulging.
