Default 2011 Mustang Tail Light

I noticed one of the "rectangular" inserts for the center brake bulb fell off. As seen on the picture...Don't ask me how because I don't know either...well, I guess I'll blame the Shaker 1000! LOL! Has anyone tried to remove the tail light? If so, how hard is it to do? Should I attempt to do it myself or should I have my dealership do it for me? I want to do it myself, but the sub woofer is in the way and I just have that feeling that I won't be able to put that stupid "rectangular" piece back into place...

Sound like you need to use your warrantee.

In that case, I too unanimously join you two and also say it is a Warranty issue!

And tell them to use proper securing methods for the replacement piece, not juts some cheap-o CA superglue!

Is there any way to completely remove those stupid rectangular things from our rear lights?

I wouldn't even consider any other than taking it to dealer. My guess is they will just change the light assembly.
