okay, so it cost me $100 to get the H pipe welded to the collectors and the axle x-over pipe.

my leak was from the actual "H" itself (picture below). figured I might as well get it all welded up nice & neat while they were in there since I have no intentions of pulling the exhaust off again. I could have saved my $100 honestly by fixing it myself. But I'm lazy and I also like the peace of mind a welded exhaust brings

final total, $275. not bad at all IMO for full length headers, OR/H and a wicked sounding Stang. She definately has a unique note now. I'm not sure yet if it's loud enough though. Going to keep my eyes peeled for some FRPP GTA's at a good price. But for now the GTB's are sounding pretty nice

short clip I took with my iPhone (click link to go to photobucket to view)

Default headers.

I'll add to this. Just installed the rev5 and they fit perfect on my car. Clears the steering shaft easily, and clears the frame on both sides. I used the metal gaskets that came with the headers so far no leaks and everything is tight. I also reused the factory studs and motor mounts. The install did take a while, I started at 10.00pm and the next thing i know the sun was coming up. So far best 170.00 i've spent

Chays446--did you need o2 extensions to get these to work? I want to make sure I have everything before I take the car out of commision for my install.

Well what i did was i eliminated the front two sensors " the ones that where on the stock manifold and h-pipe" and installed the back two sensors " the ones that were on the cats" on the collectors. But if your where to install all four I'm pretty sure you would need some extensions.. I've actually had those front two sensors off my car for about 3 years now.

your car might go poof..those front sensors are for the system to read the A/F so it can keep it in line..the rear o2's are just to make sure your cats are working and your emissions are good..what you have going with no front o2's is not a good idea.
