My point was negative camber doesn't cause the wear you are talking about. I had the camber bolts installed on my 08' to give me close to 2 degrees of negative camber while still being legal for SCCA stock class. I put 40k miles on the stock tires and they wore evenly. I would fix the toe before messing with camber.

Can this be done with a front end alignment or do I need to have additional or replacement parts installed?

It was around $1850 mounted, balanced, shipped, and put on the car.
