I wish if those prices existed in Canada for the 2011's. We get raped with taxes and hidden fees. Believe it or not, I went to the dealer the other day to play with the 2011's, the final price that was offered to me including taxes and no extra options, just a stock GT was 43 G's. The salesman basically told me to pound salt if you don't like it. So currently im kicking it with my 06 GT which works great for me and keeps my pockets lined up lol.

FYI, the CAI is useless without a custom tune. And the only exhaust work that'll add power is LT's and you'll need a tune for that anyway. And if you do LT's you might as well do cams because that combo is about as good as the CAI & tune is for power. Any other exhaust work is mainly for sound.

Get an 07-09 GT. They are very fast and alot of fun. I learned to drive on one, and still drive it often, even though I have a V6.

If you can afford an 11, go ahead and get it! Those 5.0s are awesome. But if you think that will be too tight, it is best to leave the 5.0 for later and pick up a 4.6. You can get a great GT for 18K.

The reason I did not mention the 10 is because I don't think anyone should buy it. Sorry you 2010 guys. I don't like the new style, but the 5.0 is worth it.

I want to thank you all for your advise. I ended up doing just what a few of you said put a few thousand down and keep the rest for future upgrades. I bought a 2007 Mustang Gt for like 16K with 28 thousand miles and was certifed to 100k. I am really enjoying it alot so thanks alot!! Pics will come soon!
