New Guy!
I've already been registered on this website for a little while but never got around to actually using these forums..
But a little about my car is its a 2007 v6 mustang which i bought used. When I bought the car it came with a hood scoop, and (window visors?? please give me the correct term [look at pictures] on the back two windows.)
If anyone has a good start for me (current budget is $200 until I get a second job) please give me some ideas. I'm thinking about a CAI but I don't believe I have a tuner.
Thanks guys for your time to read this!! Here are some pictures of the car.

Welcome to the forums! the rear 1/4 panel window covers are called louvers.
Check out the S197 V6 4.0L section for tons of threads on modding the 4.0L
Also a lot of information can be found using the search tool.
We've got literally hundreds of threads on intakes, tunes, exhausts, gears, and more (including what to start with on modding your Mustang)

A cheap start? A non-tune required CAI....they are on e-bay for under $50.00 and maybe a cheap set of axle back mufflers or a strip kit.
Before you buy anything put a plan together. What exactly is the end result your looking for? Do you want to focus on engine performance, handling, stereo, appearance or a little of everything? Then you need to put together a budget....how much every month will you spend? This would be the best scenario......you might want to hold onto that $200.00 and add to it later......which sometimes is easier said then done. Let us know?

Hood scoop and quarter window louvers are what you have.
Don't bother with a CAI unless you get some GOOD custom tunes to go with it. Little to no gain un-tuned. $200 won't do much performance wise. Save your money for the CAI & tune combo. Best bang-for-the-buck unless you go FI.

I'd probably want to go with appearance wise accessories...because if I save up for a tune/CAI combo, that'll be like, $500? So I could easilly get a side scoop for about $120 and probably install it myself. I would LOVE to make my mustang a little louder, not really loud though. But I'm sure that will go for a lot right now. But I am planning on getting something with the $200 for now. Just not sure...
If you cannot get a physical bolt-on mod, you should hold onto your $200 and instead buy a tuner and get the 3 Bama tunes for life. I am not sure how much a hand held is (I paid over 800 for mine, but that is one of the high dollar ones), but you can get 3 Bama tunes for life for $150 form American Muscle. The tuner might cost you an extra 200 or so (I am not sure).
The tune alone can add up to 20HP at the wheels, and that is before you even put any CAI, headers, or any other intake or exhaust mods.
The great thing about the free tunes for life is as you buy a new bolt-on, say, a CAI, all you have to do is log onto Bama's site and enter your new vehicle mods in and they write new tunes to account for your new mod for free!
