Nothing helps in this weather (another rant)
Well its 3:30am and my gfs father just drove me home. He drives a lifted F450 dually with off-road tires and even he got stuck in this snow. Your probably asking whats the point to this lol, but the point is even if you put blizzacks and sand bags in your mustang its not going to turn it into a snow mobile.
My garage's are packed out with quads and 68' parts, so my poor stang is sitting there with 12in of snow on her
O HOW I CANT WAIT FOR SPRING!!!!!

There are car, trucks, trains, planes, buss's, leaving there every day, In America all you have to do is get on one.
I used to live in Illinois until I finally had enough of that white stuff and
-11 Temps. Now I walk out to my car after work in short sleves. But your right Unless you drive a slope groomer, You are going to get stuck.

snow will never be bad enough to make me want to live in texas. It sounds like they guy in the f450 dosen't know how to drive or was doing something stupid. I've pushed through a foot and a half of snow in much less than that rig.
Yeah, I just read were the Northeast got another blast of snow....never lived in those conditions and can't even begin to imagine what everyone has to put up with or go through. We just got snow here in Georgia and it shut down the entire city for basically a week. After only one week, I was sick of it.

I've driven in PA, NJ, MI and IL winters for over 37 years but recently spent 3 more in more southern locals (y'all). I can't believe I dealt with that crap for so long. Even driving a 4x4 was a bitch in PA because of the mountains and hills.
The only thing I miss about the snow, now that I'm a damned yankee (goes south and doesn't go back north), is sitting in my LazyBoy next to the fireplace with a cup of coffee in front of the picture window watching the deer romp thru my property while it snows like a ****.

I find the best time to ride my car is in deep snow, lots of fun and not that difficult to drive. Plus it makes you a better driver i think. We get a **** load of snow up here too and its retardedly cold. No sand bags, no chains. Just loud music is all you need and easy on the throttle and some bad azz snow tires. The two rear snow tires are studded, and two front and regular snow tires. Sometimes the snow is retarded. but i use the momentum of the car to get me out of ****. And of course, I always turn off the traction control !!!! which is the worst feature i hate
I just got to work (in my wife's Mazda) after blowing another foot of snow off my driveway.
The Mustang is clean and snuggled in the garage...
Unless the groundhog says differently, 7 more weeks until spring and another 4 weeks until I put summer sneekers on.
Sh#t!
