Trufiber hood quality??

Paint is way more than you would expect, in my case 3 times what the hood cost...I just had a new aluminum foose hood painted for mine...several of the estimates were over a $1K to paint both sides but that included blending the fenders. That is with very minimal prep work since the hood was new and primered. I got it done for $500 to paint both sides, but did not have the fenders blended. It came out pretty good, I expected some variance since I opted out not to do the blending.

TruFiber/TruCarbon parts are always great products. You may be hearing about old product as TF/TC is always perfecting and improving their products and they stand behind them too. The owners are great down to earth honest guys!
