I finally got around to checking the voltage. With the car dead, the reverse lights put out ~275 mV. In reverse, ~275 mV. Both sides, same deal.

Any ideas, fellas?

I hate bumping such an old thread but I'm having the same issue with my 06. The lights were working fine but with tinted windows, I always feel like I'm driving blind when in reverse. I ordered some LED bulbs to try out and put one of the new ones in the driver side and gave it a try. The bulb didn't work so I rotated it and tried it again and it sill didn't work. I put the stock bulb in and now that one doesn't work. The reverse light on the passenger side works fine.

I did this a few months ago and can't remember if I put the stock bulb in the passenger side to make sure it still works.

To further complicate things, I have a sequential light unit hooked up but I don't think it does anything with the reverse lights, just the brake/turn signal bulbs.

Do you guys think I could have done something to the wiring the first time I tried to use the LED? It seems like if it was a Fuse 62 issue, both reverse lights wouldn't work.

EJ, if you're still around, did you ever figure out what it was?
