Need Wiring Color Help
I'm sitting here with the wiring harness in my lap
Coming From The Harness That Connects to the Radio I see...
A gray wire that connects to a gray wire
A green and black wire that connects to a green and black wire
A green wire that connects to a green wire
A black wire and a blue green wire that connect to a black wire
A brown wire that connects to nothing but looks like at one point it did
An orange and white wire, a red wire, and a yellow wire that all connect to a yellow wire
A purple wire that connects to a purple wire
A red wire that connects to nothing
A purple and black wire that connects to a purple and black wire
A white wire that connects to a white wire
A white and black wire that connects to a white and black wire
A blue and white wire that connects to a blue and white wire
These are the harness adapters used

Is anything wrong with what I listed? Thanks

Yes. It´s useless. State the color CODE of the color your trying to match from the new head-unit´s chart. List that with what the code chart on the packaging for the harness states, such as:
Yellow = 12v constant
Red = 12v switched
Gray = Left front +
and on and on...
Off-hand I´d say depending on what these are from:
They don´t seem correct. As yellow is usually signifying 12v battery/constant, and red as switched.
Didn´t I just bump a thread that this issue was originally addressed in?

And what is the ¨orange and white¨, I assume from the head-unit?
And the ¨blue green¨, this should only have ground wires attached(Black to black). Or in the case of dvd/nav units to bypass, the e-brake/vss lines from the head-unit to the black ones.

Why is the red one hooked to it then? The red one you list is also from the head-unit, is it not? This should be connected to the 12v switched source, which is the red wire on the metra harness.

Yes, but the head-unit should say what that color actually signifies. Usually right on the top of the unit itself, it should say something like:
Orange/white = E-brake
or something like that..
This lets you know what wire on the metra harness will be needed to match up with correctly.

Then...That´s the main issue.
This:
Means that you´re giving 12v positive to the e-brake line which needs GROUND when active, in addition, you´re giving the 12v switched line 12v constant from the battery.
Now, what does ¨blue green¨ equate to from the head-unit?

I think thats what prevents me from watching DVDs while the car is in drive
You´ve mixed something up then. There should be only 1 e-brake line from the head-unit.
So far, those connections need to be re-done. Yellow to JUST Yellow. Red to JUST red. The grounds(black), the verdict is out until you figure out those 2 other wire´s(blue/green and orange/white) true functions. Is one of them from the metra harness?
If the blue/green is the metra harness ¨parking brake¨, then likely, this is actually going to F41 in the SJB, blowing that fuse since your grounding/shorting it by having it connected.
I´ll wait for you to verify first, before I can tell you exactly what you need to do.
