Sure it can be done. You'll need the fenders, headlights and hood too. Otherwise they wont line up correctly. Then you will need new door skins, and rear quarters to match the front fenders, since the body lines are slightly different. Then a rear bumper cover, and trunk lid will be necessary to line up with the rear quarters.
You could probably just do it by buying the fenders, hood, bumper, grille and headlights and then flowing the body lines into your current door but that depends on the skill of your bodyshop

Is this for real? I thought once you get to the fenders, they were 100% compatible with all S197 bodies.
Can it be done? Sure, but you would need to do a TON of body work on top of all the parts need. Check out the body lines of the 2010-11 and then look at the body lines on the 2005-9. They don't match up at all plus look and the fender well body lines, again they are no where close to the same.
How far off are the fender lines from the 10-11 plastic front end and rear fascias? Would it be noticeable from normal eye view? Or do you have to be really close in to see the mismatch?
