Check this out... BlueOval claims to have it instock but the picture says "Pre-order Now !"

Its made by CDC but they have nothing about it on their website... Hmmm?

Now, ive never had any issues with ordering from BlueOval but ive seen forums with complaints about them... Hmmm...

I think im going to call and order it if its available... I always wanted it for my 07 and never got it.

Yeah I called and they said they had it in stock... but the person had a unconfidemt tone...... lol

The hood kit looks okay I guess. Yeah, it can also look cheesy if not put on a car with the right color.

Also, based on the word of several other members in MF, and also from some of them being actual shop workers, I would not trust or buy from B.O.I.

 

I think it looks good and I'd like to get one for my car. I must say though that in the picture it looks like they took a picture of a 2010 with the shaker hood and then used photoshop or something to add the 5.0

 

if you notice the pictures .. one of them has a SUPER FAKE 5.0 emblem on it LOL...
& the engine picture looks kinda real due to the intake form but... its too much coinsidence that their using a red mustang like the one cdc owns....


I guess ill just wait till its officially on a real 5.0 or ill just go with the Venom hood which is around the same price.

 

I ordered my pony engine cover from them*they we're the cheapest on the net at the time* it came three business days later well packaged.
Also I don't know if anyone happened to notice but that IS on a 5.0 just look at the strut tower bar? 2011/12 only not a 2010 piece also the ring around the engine cover on the 5.0s right at the throttle body gives it away. I think it looks great and a shaker on colors like red/white/grabber blue/sterling grey/ingot silver would rock just my .02c
