Wait....huh? Didn't Ford start production of the 2012s in February of this year?

I haven't had to wait as much, but I feel the same way. I ordered mine the first week of March, so I still have a month or so before I get mine. I'm already anxious to start driving it...

I'm assuming he went into the dealer and put it out there that he wanted a 2012 model year, probably because he didn't want any possible bugs that could've existed on the 2011. Then as soon as order forms popped up for the 2012, his dealer put in his order. That's why he could get it first thing

Close, but I had actually put my order down for an '11... was one of the first people to do so, and the first one in Iraq (where I was all through '10). The folks I put my order in through (overseas military sales corp) didn't get the memo that the order bank for '11s was closing at the beginning of December '10 and put the order in too late. So, they bought me a '12 as a consolation prize, and let me keep all the '11 rebates, for the '11 price. I even got reverse sensors thrown in for free, which was nice of them.

So yeah, I waited over a year for mine... extenuating circumstances, yes, but that didn't make it any easier!

Ahh well I'm sorry about the deployment, that's definitely not too fun lol. Very nice deal on the '12 though! I'm sure ever since you left you were anticipating getting back to your new mustang like crazy hah

I hate when companies start rolling too many options together. It's okay when they package them and offer a discount for buying a bunch together, but when you can't buy them separately that sucks.
I think you mean that it's OK for them to package a few things that you actively want along with a few that you have a "take it or leave it" attitude toward.

But not when the package includes something that you actively do not want.

Incidentally, the separate pricing in late 2007/early 2008 was $525 for the HIDs and $325 for the security system, so at $900 combined it's gone up a little.

Hello all!

New update…. To my members that are waiting on their BOSS 302 with no schedule date: There is a new material hold on these vehicles. This is why they have not scheduled yet. My apologies.

Just curiosity. Those that ordered 11's, and those that have recieved their 12's already. How long did it take? I ordered mine on 3-14. (ordered like 2 weeks previous to that but they kept stalling mine) does anybody think I could recieve mine before May 13th?
