I could see a mid 10 with slicks and a good track. This particular track is generally slower than anywhere else in California, so I have been told.

MT ET Streets 26x11.5x17. I actually wasn't putting down a great 60'. It was a 1.69 on that run. I usually go 1.59 or 1.60 on a decently prepped track. However, there were a few people there on regular street tires which screws up the track prep.
