I used to sell Chevy's back in the late 80's and those T-roofs on the Camaros were a source of major pain for the dealer due to poor fit and leaks.

Here's a link showing what a S197 would look like with a Targa and a T-Top;

I had an 82' GT with T-tops also....I loved it.....I think it would be a neat option...As for now, I'll have to rough it in my Vert....

I'd love to have the glass roof but for 2k or whatever it costs, I'll pass. A sunroof would be nice but I don't want to deal any possible leaks or decrease in rigidity.

t-tops look badass! I still wouldn't bother though due to leaking issues that will eventually happen.

^ That is freaking sweet.
Damn seems like I might just need to buy my next Mustang with a glass roof.
Haha us '05-'07 get a water leak without a sun roof or t-tops.

Not trying to be a tool, but why not just get a convertible? The body is reinforced to compensate for not having a roof.

No I understand your question. Verts don't hate me this is just my opinion
I think verts look great with the top down and one of those bars, but with the top up I just don't like the lines that the top makes. This is a stupid issue of mine, but it seems like when you drive a vert, especially one like a Mustang and the top is down, people stare. I don't think I could stand that.
