My 2009 has the felt window molding. Have had my tint for almost two years with no scratching problems.

According to the website, in the state of GA the limit is 32%.

Stock window felt? I'm surprised, I guess they must've fixed it in the 09s too. I just knew for sure that the new body revision also made the windows more tint-friendly.

I think they fixed it in '08.
I got mine in Nov. the front is already scratched to hell. I'll have to get it redone when I get the new weather striping in it.

Nice! I have 15% all around but the front. I'm in Cali, I've had no problems. My dad and brother's stangs have the same tint, and theyve been driving them around longer than I have. just roll your windows down every time you see a cop. Many cars look a lot more illegal in california, with all the ricers and what not. I wouldnt worry about it

And with the 05-09 models, just make sure you get the felt. Definately worth the bargain.
