I bought louvers RPI about 2-3 years ago, never had a problem with them, was a little disappointed that the back was not painted but thats not really a big deal, and just recently i noticed a small hairline crack in the paint. Mayne thats just because its outside all the time but i dont know, nothing serious

This post is my formal, written, and public apology for my previous post, post #29.
This apology goes to you Josh, and RPI, I did not intend to lump you into a group of S***ty Americans that destroy the reputation of our beloved Made in the USA label.
I made a mistake in writing that paragraph incorrectly like that, and I have thus edited that post to remove you from that implication.
I say this with all honesty and sincerity: I apologize for that implication; that is the wrong implication.
I was trying to address the thought of there are bad companies everywhere to the person whom I replied to, but I instead said it wrong and wrongly implied you to be included in that group.
I did nothing less than stick my own foot in my mouth.
I do stand behind my words though. Give us a good product and support to Made in America label with your products.
One other thing: I mean what I said in the last paragraph of my post #29:
And I mean this from the bottom of my heart from one American to another, especially since you are a company manufacturing your own parts here in the US, I will give you guys a chance.
I will over the next few days look at your store and place an order. I do this as my choice as a consumer: to help you, a fellow American and your workers and American parts suppliers because it is my right to do so. And this is how I choose to spend my money.
But also, as I said, I expect high quality in customer service and also a cut above in product quality too.

...And due to the simple fact that RPI is a Made in the USA product, I am willing to give them a chance despite this thread.
But I implore them, and any other American company, to uphold high service and product quality standards...
