Default new coolant issues

i installed the frpp h.o. whipple s/c last march. when adding the antifreeze at the end of the install we added zerox G-05. so we used the 60% distilled water and the 40% zerox G-05. also 1 bottle of water wetter. now this year i noticed like black lumps of mud looking objects in the overflow tank. there is no water in the oil. please help with your suggestions.

That doesn't sound good at all. Were you able to flush out all the original coolant? I'd flush the ENTIRE system and check with manufacturers and see which one of the items you're using is not compatible, when you have non-compatible coolants that's what happens they clump and clog everything.

i believe we didnt flush the original system when we installed the s/c. we just topped it off with Zerox G-05 and distilled water and a bottle of water wetter. i will have it flushed and go back with the original motorcraft antifreeze. in the whipple instructions it says you can use the Zerox G-05.

I drained the radiator before my Whipple install but didn't flush the whole system. I've also used Zerex-G05 and distilled water and added a bottle of water wetter. I haven't had any problems.
