I would still send it it anyway..Afterall, you already paid for the Roush tune and plugs..At least this way, you could even drive your car to get the custome tune, and not have to trailer it..

A custom tune is definitely the way to go! I had all sorts of issues with mine at first & it ended up being the Roush tune that was loaded when I sent in my PCM to Roush. Basically the tune they loaded on my PCM was too rich, so it was running way to much fuel & fouled up 2 sets of plugs.

Unlike TampaGT, I had the WORST experience with Roush. 3 calls, 6 emails & never got 1 reply back.....so needless to say, their tech/customer service is not at the top of my list. This probably only happens 1 in a milion, but I happened to be the "exception to the rule" & was very disappointed in their non-responsiveness (I even PM'ed them here on this board). Again just my individual experience.

I took it to a local tuner, in about an hour or so, the car ran like a champ!!!!

I had called Roush back when I needed the fog extension harness and they were very helpful, so sorry to hear about your bad experience Vader. I am going to call Roush and see what they say and I think I will just send in the pcm anyway like tampa said. I still want to trailer it but atleast I'll be able to drive it on and off the trailer. Also I PM'ed shaneM to see what he did about the plugs since he had the m90 with the vmp kit on his 2010.

Geez, that sucks...Maybe I need to check my plugs....I hope this isn't a big problem with the fuel mixture...

Tampa don't worry, I'm sure you're ok. My car ran like SHI@# after the install, so I'm sure yours is fine. You would have noticed by now, basically when I stepped on the car, it would start stuttering......

Again a new set of plugs & some dyno time with AF readings & the tuner quickly found the issue. My current AF is set to 11.6 & she runs great!!!

Alright well I just got my tracking number for the supercharger!!! I also PM'd shaneM who had the m90 on his 2010 before he got his boss 302 and he said he kept the stock plugs even with the vmp500 kit. I am going to contact JDM who will be tuning my car and see what they think but if I dont have to buy new plugs that would be great.
