Cool man, any "1 heat range colder than stock plugs" will do.

Go with the NGK 7554, it is the same plug Ford Racing sells and can be found much cheaper, just shop around.

I put the M90 on last year, 2010GT. I also added Justin's 500HP package a couple of months ago. No new plugs are needed and Roush does not provide new plugs for the 2010 M90.

I also dyno'd yesterday at Kurgans and Justin's email tune was perfect. A/F was hovered right at 11.2, 418HP and 393 ft lbs/tq. I was hoping for a little more but I do have 20" wheels so that didn't help any. Boost was at 7.2 with the VMP package.

JDM will probably be able to squeeze a little more out of the tune.

As far as the puller, I would go ahead and get it, you might decide down the road to get Justin's 2.49 pulley, then you would need the tool again, it works great, very easy to use.

You also might want to consider adding a catch can while you're in there to catch blow by, it'll keep your blower nice and clean.

Congrats on the M90, I have a blast every time I get in her and stomp on the gas!!

bingo -- are those the plugs you are using? I see you too have a 2010 with the m90

frank - I just saw your post on the fnsweet forum and if I could get a tune just like you did I would be 10000% happy. I'm just worried I'm going to get it checked on a dyno and get an AFR in the 12's and freak out. I am trying 2 more places to see if they have availability for dyno tuning, otherwise I'm going to call justin and ask him what he thinks.

Yes, I'm using the NGK plugs gapped a .040. I also have the VMP 2.55 pulley and it does make a noticable difference over the stock Roush pulley. I've had the M90 on for a year and a half with no issues whatsoever. I'm not using Justin's tune however; I had a local guy tune the car and it makes 402/391 on 91 octane with a very conservative AFR and timing.

I really didn't get on it til after the dyno, I feel comfortable that I'm pretty safe now. I guess it's better to be a little rich than lean

Well I spoke with Fred from Evolution Performance today and they are going to dyno tune my car next week!!!! He said I should get a boost a pump since I am maxxing out my fuel system and I should go with the one step colder plugs gapped at .32 which I already have on order! Cant want to get this thing all finished so I can ripp on it with the new blower ;]

Default ooopps

my appologies my questions did not post along with my pic....

I have a 2010 GT. yesterday I purchased part of the roush m90 kit for an 05-06 GT. it is missing alot of parts from the kit. i downloaded and printed the install instructions and based on the parts list in there i am missing most of the hardware/hoses, the altenator bracket, the fuel rail and injectors, the intercooler circ pump, the idler pulleys, the harness for the circ pump and altenator, the degas bottle.

I am most concerned with the fuel rail and injectors. I think the rest I can figure out. Do I have to use their fuel rail? injectors too?

Any info, tips or advise on what i may need or things to look out for would be greatly appreciated.
