Default Vortech/Paxton replacement air filter...

Brenspeed wants $75.00 + shipping for a K&N style replacement air filter for the Vortech/Paxton. I'm not up to cleaning mine, has anyone replaced theirs? If so, where did you purchase it? Thanks!

I'd go with an amsoil one, just pulled the trigger on one myself (and a shroud for it to keep the big stuff out) to see if that helps my WOT pinging issues with my JLT.

Need to find the dimensions on that one (online where it's listed is easiest)to find the suitable replacement, but I'd wager they have it. Match 'em up here and order away. Shrouds for 'em here. All I'll have to do in the future is yank it off, pull off the shround, vacuum both quickly, slap back on and done.

Still likely be around $80 though, with shipping.

If it's a fraction of the cost, I just may do so.
