Nice looking car! I live about 10 mins from the valley automall, and I test drove your stang and was very close to purchasing it myself lol. It is a really nice car, but I got a V6 instead from henderson chevy across the street because I decided it would not be wise for me to spend that kind of money on a car at this point in my life. That car sat on the lot for weeks and I wanted it bad. That caddy dealer also had a V6 pony package with a hurst shifter and a GT500 spoiler on it, but I thought it was over priced..

Yea, It's been there since may? Go figure the day I go in there, there were 2 other people interested in it. I feel the same way about purchases though, I went back and forth about buying this, as I really wanted a SC'd model, but I think on a practicality level, this was a far better decision. My old vehicle "2000 Toyota 4 runner" was pulling about 13mpg, so in the long run this is going to be a little better for me as long as I can keep my foot out of it. I need to start looking for a new intake system today and I cant believe the choices out there with these now? Seems like a few years ago when K&N was the only game out there!

If you want a hood, go Cervinis. best quality means less prep work which means more $$ left in your pocket

I got a Cervinis type IV a few weeks ago, and I adore it. While I got the black plastic heat extractors, the billet chrome extractors would really POP against the blue. I envy that color

Might not be a bad idea to look at having white stripes put on as well

Stock hood. No stick on scoops or cowls. If you want a scoop install a shaker or the Saleen Supershaker. Tint, wheels, suspension, grille, signals and markerlights. Nothing else needed.

I can sell you my silver intake cover, going SC soon.
email me if interested...

Tint is always a must out here, in fact I'm surprised it doesn't have it already. I live in Lake Havasu where it was 110 today in the shade, so tint is getting done this week for sure. I'm thinking cold air intake and exhaust a little later down the line. Question about one thing, I noticed a lot of people have covers over the top of their intake plenums, and I'm wondering if these were added on, or deleted from ford? Mine doesn't have that cover, and all the other 09's seem to have them, "assuming the dates on the pics are correct? I saw that they do sell these, but I was just wondering if it's actually missing, or I never had one to begin with? Weird how one year to the next there's so many little items that are different.[/QUOTE]
