Default Clunking in Rear?

Just had My Long Tubes installed along with a gear change and cams.
Now whenever I drive over a bump, I hear a clunking sound in the rear. Thought it might be my spare tire, or jack, but took everything out of the trunk, and the clunking noise is still there. Anyone know what might be making this noise? Something not replaced back in the right position, maybe?

I can't see how any of those mods themselves would cause that. I am going to have to go with something not being put back correctly.

My guess is something with the rear end gear change wasn't done right. The rear end of my car clunks too after I had 4.10s installed.

I know the noise from my rear end after my gear install was from a loose panhard bar. The nut on the driverside was loose and would rattle when driving over bumpy roads.

Hope you find the source I know how annoying they can be.
