I'm going to view

KBB on the car(has 92k on it) is $15.5k retail. It's already at $13k. What would you offer?(provided everything checked out)
Also the newer 05-09' GT engines should be able to hit 200k correct?
Thanks!

13k with 90k miles? NO WAY I would do that much less 15.5.
I'd keep looking. You can find one with MUCH lower mi. for that price.
The more mi. that are on the car the more chance it has been beat on with driving. Mi. just increases that chance naturally.
PLUS that is just too many miles for that price.
I believe our old 06GT sold where we traded it in for 15 with 50k miles on it.
Don't even go look at this one. Walk away and find a much better deal elsewhere my friend.

I agree with Blacksmoke. Shop around and be patient. Something will come up.
The 4.6L is pretty solid but that could be 92k of beat down on that engine...you just never know.
Also, personally, I would never pay retail value of a car...regardless of who is selling it.
That link didnt work for me, but a good idea also is to check out Chevy or dodge dealers to see what they have used. When I had my 08 GT, I picked it up in August of 09 at a Chrysler dealer here It had 7700 miles on it and I got it for 21k. If they have the car on the lot long enough, they practically give them away. Good thing is...there are a TON of GTs out there...

It really depends on where you live. I don't know about the current prices of 05's, but when I was looking at them about a year ago, I saw ones for about 15K still. 13K isn't THAT bad of a price, but me thinks you could easily talk them down to 11K.
I'd say look at it, test drive it, and then talk to the dealer once you get there and talk em down at least 2 grand more. Chances are, they'll take it. Good luck!
