Default Rear side light bulb?

One of the side (turn signal?) lights is out, you know, the one by the rear wheels. Is it hard to replace? Seems like I have to get under the car, correct? Is it the same bulb as the high mount/trunk 3rd brake light? Any part numbers? Thanks!

I was never able to find a W5W bulb at an auto supply store; the only place I found one was at a Ford dealer's parts department.

High-mount brakelamp is 921.

I found out today that w5w bulbs = 2025's. Regardless, I don't recall if that's what the sidemarker takes. It does say in the manual though. Also, just use a screwdriver with a microfiber towel and pry it out from the body, unplug, replug, wedge it back into the panel and you're set! Very easy.

The manual specifies W5W. There could be a bulb with a different designation that is the same. The 194 bulb will fit, but it is not as bright as the W5W (35 lumens vs. 50 lumens).

I have LED 194 bulbs in my rear sidemarkers and they are super duper bright. Rated at 2 watts.

Did I say super duper?

hate to be a gravedigger and bring this up from the dead but id rather not make a whole new thread for this. from the manual it seems that the side markers in the rear bumber are using the same bulb as the map lights. Is this correct? So I could just order a map light kit and use that to replace them? The reason I need this is because I ordered the smoked covers from AM and they do not tint the light red so it shows up white like the stock bulb.
