so my friend just installed these for me... and i got one word.. WOW slps are the best purchase i have ever made for a car in my entire life....

We knew you wouldn't be disappointed.

Word of advise though, look for other muffler choices if ever plan on removing the cats/add headers to the car.

appreciate the tip.. i'll prbably keep at as is for a while... and another question is it possible that my car lost power with these axle backs due to less back pressure?... maybe its just in my head

He was referring to a muffler cut out probably.
No it would not sound as good.
Muffler cut out jobs sound pretty dang messy.

That's what the straight through mufflers are for such as the SLP.
They give you the volume of a muffler cut but they also clean up the sound so they dont sound messy.

We had SLP's on our 06GT and LOVED THEM. They sound AWESOME.
Unfortunately after we added long tubes, a catted x pipe, and cams the SLP's make the exhaust MUCH too loud.
Woke up the whole damn block. Could not drive over 1.5RPM or else it would almost rattle friggin windows lol.
