Default 2006 GT - Engine/Computer Differences for Supercharging?

I've just bought my new '06 GT. I plan on ordering a Paxton at the end of this month. They have a 420hp version and a 470hp - I'm going with the 420 just keep my bottom end intact. (TRUST me, with 470hp I'll end up with the freeze-plug-removal-via-rod mod given the track duty the car will see )

I've done a bunch of research and I can't find anything that has changed from '05 to '06 that would stop me from using an '05 kit since nobody technically offers an '06 kit yet. But, I'm also wondering if the computer is 100% identical and if the DiabloSport tuner that comes with the Paxton will work on the '06 computer.

Anyone have any insight, suggestions?

I don't think anything changed regarding the motor from 2005 to 2006...

Why a Paxton??? Price??? No Warranty when you put this S/C on...

Everyone that I've talked to is going with the Procharger or Saleen...

Just Asking, Dave

DiscoFan,
Actually - Never really considered the warranty as a selling point. Not sure how much I'd value one considering the nature of supercharging an engine and the number of out's this would give a company. By your response, I would have to guess, you think they're worth it?
