Leaning on one side

Leaning on one side
Anyone know what would cause the rear to lean on one side? I've noticed the passenger side is a bit lower than the driver's. It's not the springs because I swapped out my current rear springs, which are made by B&G, for my previous ones which are Steeda's. Still sagging on one side. Can't figure it out.

With all things being equal, there must be more weight on the passenger side. This is a bit unusual, because most times the drivers side may sag a little because there is always a driver in the car but not always a passenger. The other option is that there is something in the trunk on that side.

Is this all the time? Do you check it in the grocery store parking lot or just on the side of the road randomly? Is there sag when you on a flat surface?
I suspect that my car might be sagging a little bit on one side in the rear, so I check randomly when I park the car wherever I'm at. Almost seems inconclusive, but I get this nagging feeling something ain't right.
When you take the pics, just make sure first that you are on as level of ground you can be.

I don't believe shocks have any effect on ride height. They provide dampening but that's it. I could be wrong.

Is your PHB centered? I had the same issue with my car with it sagging on one side (may be able to find old pictures) and this was with my stock PHB. Once I put an adjustable one in there it stopped sagging.
