Need advice
1) I'm looking to buy a new car within the next month or so and have been leaning towards the 2012 mustang v6 premium but I'm still having thoughts about the challenger/camaro. Just need some input from the knowledgeable mustang community.
2) I'm also debating about buying an older mustang probably a 69 or 70 mach1. But I live in CT and do a fair amount of driving and this car would be my daily driver. Would this be colossally stupid or just kinda stupid.
Appreciate all the help

As a ford fan, get the new Mustang V6 premium. I like the looks of the camaro/challenger, but I'd rather have my mustang.
(1) If you do get a 2012, get the V6 performance package, from what I read it gives you GT suspension, nicer rims, and sportier tune. I wouldn't bother getting the Pony or Mustang Club packages, the grilles and fog lights can be added later (American Muscle sells the foglight kit & grilles). Oh, be sure and get the manual, much for fun to drive than an auto.
(2) No opinion on #2.

The new V6 Mustang will make you MUCH happier than the new V6 Camaro.
The Camaro is just TOO big to have that V6 in there and feels like a boat when you drive it with a sixxer. Same for the Challenger.
Between the Camaro and the Challenger, I'd take the Challenger ANY DAY.
It looks WAY more sexy. The new Camaro's are out there a dime a dozen and are already old to see. The new Mustang has many more aftermarket goodies to set it apart and the interior just BLOWS it away.
I'd LOVE to have a 69 or 70 Mach. They are what made me fall in love with the Mustang. But it is hard to find one out there in great condition for less that 30k or well more. And if you cant'... you'd BETTER have the TIME, KNOW HOW, AND CASH to restore that thing. For a daily driver you want something dependable.
And those old cars just are'nt as dependable as the new ones. Therefore you would want one in cherry condition. That can be quite a chore.
But Man if I had the time and resources my *** would do it in a MINUTE.
But it would be for a car driving around a 100k population city or less, OR be a weekend driver.
