It was a fundraiser and it has 580hp. The most ever for a camaro. They are producing it to keep up with the competition provided by ford and the shelbgt 500. The fund raiser was for a YMCA in I believe Nevada. Camaro's are alright looking Id still rather have a challenger or my mustang. I would have probably gotten a challenger if it wasnt so much money plus I hear the aftermarket companies just dont do much for the challengers.

Hendricks motorsports is the one who ended up wth the camaro and its hefty price. Some of you may have seen it on the Barret Jackson auction

Plus FORD is the only american car manufacturer that didnt take a bail out from the government =D... Also they never stopped producing mustangs.. cough cough.... lol
