Worn Driver Side Carpet
I got some work done a couple months ago and they took my floor mats out and put them in the trunk. Well, I guess I was too lazy to put them back in, and only a couple months later my heel has worn a spot in the carpet. Is this pretty normal, and can I fix it without replacing the whole carpet? Obviously I put the mats back in, but it's still pretty embarrassing. Just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced this I guess.

Here's a link for new carpet if you want to replace it. You could cover it with new floor mats I guess.

I have a hole in my carpet!!! The plastic piece that keeps the floor mat in place came apart from the carpet and left a hole. Its super annoying because beside having a hole in the carpet, the floor mat doesnt stick and ends up bunching up near the pedals. I try to keep it covered with the floor mat.
There was a period of time that I took my mats out to shampoo them and the carpet started to fray up a bit. I have black carpet and a spot started turning gray where my heel was.
