The difference between our vehicles is I'm driving an '06 GT and you're running a 5.0. I think I should be able to get low 13s. Track ended up calling it due to bad weather but there will be many more times I make passes. That was a good time even if I did terrible! lol

Josh with 4.10s and some drag radials that thing will be in the mid to high 12's I would say once you get it dialed in!

I can't wait! Next year I intend on going to the strip OFTEN so we'll see where I can get this. I'm sure with practice I'll get it down to a great 60' and reaction time. I'm one of those people that becomes obsessed until I'm one of the best if not the best, so here we go!

Auto trans, od off, tc off, in drive. Small dry burnout to clean off any debris, launch from idle. Mid 13s with your mods if running cool. If you let it warm up it'll be slower.

Best mod for the drag strip is a pair of track shoes.

I always seem to have the best luck with about an 1800 launch. Get's me just under 2.0 which isn't bad for street tires

Agreed! But if he's gonna make a happen of drag racing the thing on drag radials, he should upgrade the control arms:
