Yep, I just painted silver over those.

I have new caps on order.

Congrats on the GT! Nice looking car!
If you make a fist and can't put your hand inbetween the wheel well and tire, the car is definitely lowered. I have "black" Eibach pro-kit springs and the Eibach lettering is on the springs. H&R springs are also blue.
In reference to your wheels, they are definitely not stock and look good!
