@Allen: Oh Germans go Ape S#%# when they see an american muscle car. It's rare to see a Mustang on the autobahn. The majority I've seen are owned by soldiers. But I've seen very few germans owning mustangs, but mostly GT's and Cobras. My wife told me she gets alot of looks when she's driving down the autobahn. And they guys at her job are jealous of her, even though they own like expensive BMW's, Audi's, Mercedes, ect.

As for me, I've never driven a Mustang before in my life, so this will be a new experience for when when I get back, but I will definately make some pics, especially when I get my initial mods done.. Not sure if I mentioned it, but the stang I bought is manual. I started driving manual on a BMW and Audi's but my wife told me that the Mustang is much different and I've only driven manual for 2 years and my wife her whole life, LOL so she will give me some classes, LOL LOL LOL..

@Kona: Thanks for the input and for the link to that website. And you are right, AM does have good customer service and like the website mainly because they ship to APO addresses. But I will take a look into the website you've given me. Thanks again.

I know you are right on Germans liking Amercian muscle. We have a German partner in Stuttgart, one of their techs from Hovelhof was with us for two weeks. He drives when he is here, he was in a Mustang this time and smiling the whole time he drove it.

I can't wait to hear what you have to say after you drive it. I am sure your wife will be a good teacher. Is she more of a road course or dragstrip kinda girl?

I don't think she's pushed the car even close to it's full potential. At least to my knowledge, LOL....But she's more of a road course and basically just showing off the car now to her friends and colleages.

However, there are alot of car shows in Germany and I'm sure my Mustang will stand out. In fact, there another in soldier in my unit who has a black 2009 Mustang (V6 Premium), with some slight modifications and he got 3rd place. And his car was up against some sick BMW's and Audi's....I will definately take some pics when I get back..And also give you all some feed back on my drive on the infamous Autobahn..

@TigerCrazy: Right now I'm leaning towards the Roush. And so far I think the GT500's will go along well with the ignot silver and black stripes. I've only been on the american muscle website because I trust it. Not sure about other websites because I'm scared to plug in my debit card information on websites that appear shady but I usually called to confirm their authenticy. Overall, in regards to rims, I know I want either chrome black or the silver/black chrome look.

I would probably go with the Roush Axleback also, I heard them on a 2011 GT I test drove and it was mean. Perfect sound and it's pretty loud without a cabin drone and without being too loud.

When buying wheels and tires be careful with CruizinConcepts, I had a pretty bad experience with them as far as getting in touch with them and getting a straight answer. Plus they didn't tell me my wheels were on back order until two days later, in an email.

I have dealt with American Muscle on numerous occasions as well as others on the board and have had no issues. Very fast shipping and great customer service. I'm not trying to say that CruisinConcepts is a bad company but others have had issues too, it's rare to find someone with an issue from American Muscle.

PS. You will love the car! I have on '09 and just driving that 2011 down the road made me instantly want to trade mine in. So much power, even at 80mph. Hehe.

@ZPounds07GT: Thanks for your input. So far I've ordered two items from American Muscle (Black Hood Pins and Ignot Silver Window Louvers) and they shipped the same day with tracking information, ect. I've also called them and have a direct line with one of the customer service representative. So as stated, I feel very comfortable with AM for now. But in time, I will try other websites as well.
Yes, I'm already in love with the car. Only thing is that I will have owned the are in 6 months, and all the mods will be one by March (My wife's brother is a mechanic for Audi) and I've never driven a mustang before. So may have to go to a dealership and drive a V8 without mods so I can see determine the difference, LOL...

@TigerCrazy: Indeed..

I think some RTR wheels would look badass on your Mustang too.
