step 1 sit in your damn car with all the doors and trunk closed.
step2 put your damn key in the ignition and turn it to the on position 8 times
step3 you will hear the damn doors lock/unlock your car is now in programming mode
step4 at this damn time push a button on the remote you intend to program you will hear the locks engage
step5 click the damn buttons on any other remotes you wish to program within 20 secs of starting the programming mode.
step6 test your damn remotes
step 7 bring me some damn money.

go to vehicle basics, it will get you with a few steps to the downloadable owners guide, maintenece guide, etc, while it asks you occasionally to register you don't have to.
thats a good immediate access, personally i'd get a manual set from ebay to keep in the car just in case anyways.
