Well I know my rev limited is set at 6500.. But I shift at 6-6200 never really look down to much usually go by the feel.. But 6-6200 has been best for me.

For racing or DD? Around town and for best economy, under 2k. When I'm opening her up to have fun, I try to keep from bouncing off the rev limiter which I have set at 6500 (as opposed the factory setting of 6250).

Racing I have not got my car tuned yet so still pretty stock. Only reason I ask is i have less than a year worth of stick shift experience so kinda want to know, when is the best time to shift when racing?

Well it's all about feel which you will start to figure out the more you romp the car some like to bounce off the rev limiter but I shift a little before it cause I feel that's when the car isn't pulling as much so like I said I shift at like 62-6300 that's when my car pulls best and another reason why I don't bounce it off the limiter cause if you hit the limiter by accident or whatever the car will slow for that second and you'll lose that awesome momentum of pull.
