Default Battery going dead

I have to go out every 2-3 days to start the car and let it run or else the battery will be completely dead. There must be some parasitic draw draining the battery and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

you may have a bad battery or alternator. the alternator is hot from the battery all the time. if a diode fails there will be some drain. also a possibility the under hood or trunk lights are not turning off when closed.
