Default M90 Prices

I remember a while back we could pick up this supercharger for cheap. Are those prices still around? I got a nice tax return and want spend $5000 for some umph! I cannot do this install myself unless it's really easy. The most I've done is change oil/tranny fluid. My local shop quoted around $8000 for an intercooled Vortech install included. Isn't the M90 the best bang for my buck on the 2010 GT?

There was a member here who has a Grabber Blue 2010 with an M90. I just can't seem to find that thread though.

He's since sold his 2010 for a new CS. Quite a nice car. As far as price, the reason the M90 was such a good bang for your buck was people were buying them for like $3500 on a closeout. Unfortunately prices have gone up since then. I know I sure would've liked to have owned my 'stang at that point.

That said, it's still one of the cheaper superchargers, sometimes by almost $500-$1k. I like it cuz it puts you at the top power you should be at with the 4.6 without going forged internals.

I'd go intercooled if you have the means and money.

Trust me, me too! I literally bought my Mustang nearly right after they stopped going for that price.

How do you like your V3? Does $8000 sound right for my shop to install this?
