I like the price!
Dont buy that without an intercooler, and $8000 installed for an intercooled Vortech is outrageous.

Oh and if youre looking into a Vortech, Stealth has a pretty good deal with his used one..

Take your time and you will find a good priced supercharger. I have read about a few guys getting the m90 for the close out price recently. Call up JDM and all the other official Roush dealers and ask. The install is very straight forward. I think it was easier than those damn long tubes!

Thank you for the link and reality price check!

Can the average Joe do the install. Will I have to spend $1000 in tools to get it done?

I was asked a couple of times why I decided on an M90, part of the reason was 3400.00 and a day and a half to install, you can't beat that, about the same time to install the long tubes. Do your research and find another shop, 8000.00 is crazy.

You can download the install manual from the roush site. Read it. You need basic tools and a hack saw. The only tool I bought was a fuel disconnect from Napa.....$6.00 There are a dozen of us guys here that installed them at the very least. Once your familiarize yourself with the parts and locations its not difficult. And with a 2010 car the electrical part is plug and play. You dont have to cut into the harness like the rest of us. Read through the old threads. There are several of them from last year when many of us got the m90.

Keep a look out for used superchargers on craigslist and forums. I was looking for superchargers for a while, almost bought the m90 for $4000. Ended up with a used 2.3L intercooled Whipple for $3500 off of another forum. Some people make good numbers with m90s, but it seems that many times people are unsatisfied with the m90s power. So keep that in mind as well.

I love the Vortech V3-HO! My whole setup to include an a-pillar and two autometer gauges was under $6K from Brenspeed.

Under 6 Grand! Damn, I'm getting raped with my price quote of $7950 to be exact. I will call my shop back tomorrow to confirm. They may have included a tune in that price quote?

But I don't need any more power, I'm fine with like 375 to the ground!!!! Yeah right, that's what we all say!
