People make mistakes?!? Who cares if you have to wait, as long as they get it to you. Why rag on a company for one slip up? Is a couple of weeks a big deal? I have waited 2 months for my CDC decklid panel.
Your gettin there lil bro...good to hear you say that
Dude I know it sucks, but its part of the process when ordering parts. Best rule of thumb I have found so far with the mustang aftermarket process is...PRAY AM STOCKS WHAT YOU WANT! They are about as bullitproof as it gets and have a perfect record with me so far (knock on wood).
maybe they saw a pic of your ride with your 20s and thought the F150 spoiler went better with the whole 4x4 look you got going on. lol just Kidding sorry I couldnt resist.

I agree, people make mistakes all the time. In my job, we make mistakes too. but for mistakes we make, we do our best to make it right. Even to the point of overnighting products to customers at our expense.
I find that being straight up honest and doing our best to fix it is the best way. Our customers even become more satisfied with us knowing we are honest and actually take steps to fix things
