Really don't want to go the cheap way out. IMHO the vinyl just doesn't look right.

I really like the honey comb one from Silver horse racing. I am on my 2nd one (second mustang) now.

I like the MMD rear decklid at AM for your car. I am planning on getting the SHR honeycomb for mine, very soon!

I've had both the SHR Honeycomb and Stack blackout panel. Finally went with the matte-black vinyl, my best decision yet! It looks great, easy to install, easy to remove, and doesn't break the bank. Sooner or later, you'll decide to remove whatever you get. Trust me, you don't want to mess with the 3M that holds these panels on. With vinyl, it's done it a couple minutes. Good luck!

Went ahead and pulled the plug and bought the MMD panel. Going to get it painted gloss black.

Also went ahead and bought me one of these black pony plates to mess with the cops in Texas LOL.

When I said I wasn't looking to go the cheap way I didn't mean it looked like crap. Instead I mean't I had one of the more expensive ones in mind and getting the 29$ one would be a mistake as I wanted the Real one not vinyl. Also when buying items I like to make sure they are a perfect fit as my car is a daily driver/weekend fun car/show car

Looks great on you car BTW

Cool! Look forward to seeing pics! I just pulled the trigger on the SHR honeycomb decklid panel from AM. The decklid panel doesn't really pop with a black car, but it does add character to the rear end. The impatient waiting begins. =-)

I can't stand waiting for parts! The decklid panel will be delivered Thursday then another week to get it painted before it can be put on the car.
